The Damn Noisy Laptop Fan Incident

The story start yesterday when I return home from class. Like my usual routine I open my laptop to check on my blog and Facebook. Suddenly my laptop let out this terrible noise, like my laptop is screaming of pain. Both me and my roommate shock when we hear this sound. I track the noise come from my laptop fan, and decide to solve my first hardware problem, I'm going to open my laptop!!!

So today I went to Kangar with Mindy to buy my first ever flat screwdriver. With head size of 3mm I thought that it can open the screw on my laptop but CANNOT!! I need smaller screwdriver T.T After asking people around finally I get to borrow a smaller screwdriver to open my laptop.

OMG ~ I feel like doing surgery to my laptop as I carefully open up the top 8 screw to reveal the inside part of my laptop including the cooling fan. After checking through the fan I didn't notice anything weird except for some long accumulated dust. This is when the PRO Tete (My Coursemate) step in and help me to check on my laptop.

In the end we finally found out the cause behind the dreadful noise. There is this stupid sticker from the component inside interfering with the rotation of the fan causing the loud noise. After a few second the PRO manage to take out the stupid sticker.

Finally problem solve, I'm so glad that everything is back to normal and my laptop is once again soundless and happy^^ I can't live without my lappie~

New handphone ??

I buy a new handphone today, guess what model and brand I buy??

Is it Sony Ericsson W995?? Nokia N86?? or Apple iPhone 3GS???

All wrong~ Instead of all this cool mobile phone, I buy this~


Anybody recognize this mobile phone?? Ha~ well let me introduce to you the CSL brand model i200. CSL is actually a Malaysia company which stands for Commitment, Service, Loyalty.





What can I say about this mobile phone:
1. Sucks~ The first thing is the OS, when I start pressing the phone I was like "What the hell~" Never see this kind of OS before, and I can tell you all this phone is definitely not user-friendly.
2. Aside from that, this phone got a lot of "No". No 3G,No WLAN, No Bluetooth, No infrared, No USB, No Camera, No memory in the phone itself~ =.= nonononononono......
3. However, there still a few yes in this phone. At least it got GPRS, MP3 Player, FM Radio, Support microSD memory card up to 4GB, Torch light, and can Dual SIM card at the same time.

Why I buy this handphone??
Actually it is because I have two SIM card (one for Hotlink and one for Digi). So just want to buy one more handphone for my second SIM card^^ Ha~ and also cheap (around RM100) If not I won't even think about putting this rubbish in my pocket~ Ha^^ well well it still serve its purpose and I won't regret after buying it (Thx to my friend who help me pay up first, don't worry la I will return your money back^^)

Aside from that, I went pass Popular Bookstore and saw this

Woh~ It's English-Korean dictionary, I have been finding this for long time. At first I want to buy it but too expensive for me (RM 74.40) so I decide to give up on this and download free dictionary software on net^^ Hehe~ I'm genius :p

The Differences

On this month of December, everyone want to do their shopping, everywhere is having discount, and so everybody rush to buy everything that they want (and of course must be cheap!!!)

One of the big sales going on now is the Final PIKOM PC Fair for 2009. My friends went to the fair at Penang International Sports Arena (PISA) and get for themself and their family some great bargains. There are so many people around, and promoter wearing purple,orange,yellow,blue and etc^^. Not to forget pretty girls walking all over the place~ so envy my friends :)

Another big sales also happening, at Billion Kota Permai. My mom ask me to go buy 2 tin of crackers and 2 packet of cookies with oat. I reach there just on time as there are time limit for special discount, and I was shock. People already reach there much earlier and fighting to get what they want. First time ever I shop like this, after I get all the item I want, I line up to wait for my turn to pay money, surrounded by aunties and uncles=.="" and the worst part, i waited for almost 2 hour til I finally reach the counter, somemore got 3 aunty cut my line=.=""

看你是 Aunty 把了，我忍~ Then there was this aunty look at me for a long time, I was thinking maybe I look decent today?? ha~ Then that aunty ask me one question

Aunty: 你住在南美园的啊？？ (You live in Nan Mei Yuan??)
Me : 不是不是 (No No) =.=""

Swt... Wish I can follow my friends to PC Fair today =.=""
